If you can do more to help, consider donating to these organizations that are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wired.com\/story\/covid-19-charities-nonprofits-companies-helping\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">helping the COVID crisis<\/a>, or charities and shelters in your area.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Move Your Body<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>It\u2019s no secret that exercise has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/healthy-lifestyle\/stress-management\/in-depth\/exercise-and-stress\/art-20044469\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">scientifically proven stress-reducing qualities<\/a>, but if you hadn\u2019t prioritized physical fitness before COVID-19, now is the time to get moving.
