The IRS has a pretty strict <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/businesses\/small-businesses-self-employed\/independent-contractor-self-employed-or-employee\">20-factor test<\/a><\/u> to determine if the person you\u2019re hiring is a self-employed contractor or employee.
